Privacy policy

In short

Keeply runs loyalty cards inside Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Two different people are covered by this document: the merchant who uses Keeply, and that merchant's customer who receives a card. The rules are not the same for both.

The merchant decides, Keeply carries out. The customer list belongs to the business, not to us. We host it and make the cards work; we do not use it for anything else.

If you are a customer of a business

What is recorded

Confirming your email

Your card works as soon as you sign up. A confirmation link is sent to your email: without confirmation within 7 days, the card is paused (visits no longer count; your stamps and rewards are kept) until you tap the link.

That is all. No address, no identity document, no payment details, no location data. Keeply does not track where you go: if your card appears on your lock screen near the business, that is your phone's decision, based on an address written inside the card — nothing is sent to us.

What it is for

Running that business's loyalty programme, and nothing else: counting your visits, working out your rewards, and sending you the merchant's offers on your card.

Who has access

For how long

As long as the business uses Keeply. If it stops subscribing, the entire customer list is permanently deleted after 90 days.

How to stop

Remove the card from your Wallet and you will receive nothing further. To have your data erased, ask the business, or write to us at contact@keeplyfidelity.app and we will pass it on.

If you are a merchant

You are the data controller for your customers' data; Keeply is the processor. In practice: you decide what is collected and why, and it is for you to answer your customers when they exercise their rights. We give you the means to do so in the app.

Our commitment on your figures. No one at Keeply looks at your revenue, your basket sizes or the detail of your sales. Never, and for no commercial reason. Two exceptions, and only two: technical work you ask us to do, or a legal order. Every administrative access is logged and can be disclosed to you on request.

We look at a single aggregate figure: how many customers are enrolled across the platform, so we know whether the product works. It is used neither to set a price nor to rank businesses against each other.

Where the data is

On servers located in Ireland (European Union), at Supabase. It is not transferred outside the Union to be used.

Technical providers involved, each for its own task only: Supabase (hosting), Apple and Google (showing and updating cards in their Wallet), Resend (sending confirmation emails), Cloudflare (website access).

Security

Every request is filtered by the database itself, which can only return rows belonging to the authenticated business. This is not a rule enforced by the app: it is a rule the server refuses to break. Traffic is encrypted, and the key that signs the cards never leaves our servers.

Your rights

Access, correction, erasure, objection, portability. Write to contact@keeplyfidelity.app; we answer within 30 days.

This processing falls under the GDPR and under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
